Franklee Tech Works (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates pakcomputersolution.com and provides computer repair and IT services from 148 Franklee Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19108. 1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you well:

• Contact details you provide through our contact form, phone, or email — name, email address, phone number, and the description of the issue you need help with.
• Service records we create during a repair — device make/model, serial number, work performed, and parts used.
• Payment information processed by our card processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Website usage data — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location by IP, and device type. This is collected in aggregate for analytics and security monitoring.

2. How we use information

• To diagnose and repair the device or system you brought to us.
• To reply to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on service.
• To send invoices and service records.
• With your consent, to send occasional operational updates (holiday hours, security advisories). We do not send marketing emails without opt-in.
• To meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business — payment processor (Stripe), email host (Google Workspace), analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4), and hosting provider.
• Legal authorities when required by valid subpoena or court order.

4. Customer devices & data

When you leave a device with us, we handle its contents as confidentially as we would our own. Every technician has signed a written confidentiality agreement. Drives are imaged before invasive work and images are securely destroyed within 14 days of pickup unless you request cold storage in writing.

6. Data retention

Service records are retained for seven years to satisfy Pennsylvania recordkeeping rules and warranty obligations. Contact-form submissions that do not result in a service ticket are deleted after 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement. Email marketing@pakcomputersolution.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Internal systems use unique per-user accounts, MFA, and encrypted storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page with a revised “last updated” date.
