These Terms of Service govern your use of https://pakcomputersolution.com and any repair, consulting, or managed-IT services provided by Riverbend Computer Solutions from our location at 2377 Mount Street, Saginaw, MI 48607.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting our website, contacting us for service, or dropping off a device, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Service estimates and approvals
Every diagnostic is free of charge. We will provide a written estimate before performing any billable work. You authorize work only by accepting that estimate in writing, by text, by email, or by signing a service intake form in person.
Warranty
All labor performed by Riverbend Computer Solutions carries a 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will register on your behalf. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage occurring after the original repair, or unrelated failures.
Data responsibility
We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service. While we take reasonable precautions, you remain responsible for maintaining current backups of your information.
Abandoned property
Devices not picked up within 60 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned under Michigan law and disposed of or recycled. We will make at least three attempts to reach you before doing so.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Managed-IT clients are invoiced monthly in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riverbend Computer Solutions's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Saginaw County, Michigan.
